Do I need to keep my Mac on?+
No. Everything runs in the cloud. Open TrackASO from any browser — Mac, Windows, iPad or phone — and your ranks are already there.
How fresh are the ranks?+
Each keyword is checked as soon as you add it. After that, keywords where you rank in the top 20 are checked every day, and the rest every 2–3 days, when they change more slowly.
Are these the real App Store positions?+
Yes. Positions come from the App Store’s own search results, in the order someone sees them on an iPhone in that country — up to the first 250 apps.
Which countries are supported?+
53 App Store countries, including the US, UK, Germany, France, Spain, Türkiye and Japan.
Where does popularity come from?+
It is estimated from App Store search suggestions and always labelled as an estimate. Since late 2025 Apple Ads reports most long-tail terms as 5, so every tool estimates these.
Can I bring my keywords from Astro?+
Yes. Import Astro’s CSV export and your apps, keywords and countries come over in one step. You can export everything as CSV at any time.
Plans and billing
What counts as a keyword?+
One search term in one country. Tracking “habit tracker” in the US and Germany uses two.
Is there a free plan?+
No — one plan with everything: 10 apps, 250 keywords per app, every country and 2 years of history. Every payment can be refunded within 14 days.
What does “locked in” mean?+
Your price stays the same at every renewal for as long as the subscription stays active, even after launch pricing ends. If you cancel and come back later, the price at that time applies.
Can I cancel?+
Anytime from Settings → Billing. You keep access until the end of the paid period, and every payment can be refunded within 14 days.
Privacy
Do you need access to my App Store Connect account?+
No. TrackASO only reads public App Store search results. You paste your app’s link; no logins, keys or permissions.
Who can see my keywords?+
Only you. Your apps and keywords are private to your account, and you can delete your account and data from Settings at any time.
